The room was clean. The pool was great for the kids. The hot tub was a little on the cool side. The bathtub/shower was nicer than expected. We only stayed for one night as a last minute add on to our trip. It was difficult to find availability, but this worked. And so did the price.

Right across from the docks. Friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Anna. Rooms were clean, private balcony. Nice amenities for families, game room, yard games,pool. Hot tub was relaxing but jets could be stronger.

Very cute and very clean. Super friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. Great handicap rooms. There’s an arcade and a super cute dining area. Nice pool and hot tub. Walls are pretty thin, as a lot of (if not all) of the rooms are joint rooms.

Stayed a month ago and found everything to be great. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was very extensive. There were eggs, waffles (loved the machine to make your own),cereals, yogurt, toast and more. There was also a variety of coffees and juices. We had a good breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. The "balcony" area was very pleasant. We had a dog with us and had no problems with that at all. Will stay again.

The staff was very sweet and helpful! The room was spotless and cozy. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. Perfect view on balcony for fireworks!! Location is perfect if you are looking to take the ferry to Mackinac Island. It is one block away. Overall 10/10 would DEFINITELY come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Good location, big, clean and neat room.They are little things to improve here and there but i still give 5 stars. I liked the pool and hot tub, and i really enjoyed the breakfast. Front desk lady really helpful and professional. Didn’t have problem to show me the room before i took it and give information about local attractions.

I love this hotel for the location, and it's pet friendly. We will be back next year for the Jeep events. It's a great hotel. They do need to improve on their breakfast, though.
